We woke today at 1.45 pm. So much for getting in to the swing of the time here to ensure we don't end up with jetlag. It was a fairly "down" day for all of us, we were so very tired after the flight - one of the Virgin Australia flights to forget! Poor service and dreadful food.
But on a brighter note, we headed down the highway, past the gorgeous pink and purple house on the beachside at Santa Monica, and headed towards Malibu. Duke's was our destination, and as always, it didn't forget to impress. Lovely food, great service and a gorgeous view over the ocean.
Claire was thrilled to see the place where the opening scene of Two and a Half Men was filmed.
